The wife and husband team, Monique and Dan Stevenson have a long and successful history of operation and have been conducting whale watching scenic flights since November 1991. With over 30 years’ in the tourism industry, they have a built a solid reputation and are proud to offer this unique experience to visitors from all around the world. The team's goal is to share the beauty of Kaikōura with its many visitors, as well as educate around local marine wildlife. We have two airvans both with comfortable seating for 7 passengers and 1 Pilot. It is a high-winged aeroplane with large dome windows for excellent viewing opportunities as well as a large rear door for easy access. Each airvan has been fitted with headseats for communication between the pilot and passengers.
Our courtesy shuttle will pick you up and drop you off from your accommodation in Kaikōura! It comfortably seats 8 passengers. Please let our team know if you require this service when you book and provide your pick up location.
